First Impressions
She kept talking, I kept quiet. I wish i knew why. Was I nervous? Was I awed by her awesomeness? Did I feel inadequate; poorly equipped to handle those large eyes and that wide smile? Maybe just embarrassed at first contact? Or was it the weight of 6 months of expectations dragging my otherwise garrulous tongue miserably down to the bottom of my palate?
